   1. Client-Users: When you create an account as a Client-user, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us when you sign up for an account.  
   2. ‍Professional and Business Users: If you create a Professional profile, we will collect additional information, including your professional details, business name, company name, service descriptions, and payment information as necessary for your profile and any other information that you decide to provide to us as part of creating a profile. To create a Business profile, a Professional profile must already be in place. The originator of the Business profile is designated as the Admin of the Business account, a role that can only be changed upon written request to info@urskilled.com.‍
2. Automatically Collected Information:
   ‍We may automatically collect certain information about your visit to our Web-App, including your IP address, browser type, device Information, and pages visited. This information helps us analyze user behavior and improve our Web-App's performance.‍

3. Payment Information:
   We use Stripe as our payment processor to handle all transactions securely. When you create a Professional or Business profile and connect to Stripe For payments, your payment information, such as credit card details, is collected by this third-party processor.

Use of Information

1. ‍To Provide Services:
   ‍We use the information collected to fulfill your requests for services, respond to inquiries, create and manage your accounts, and communicate with you about your account or transactions.‍
2. Improvement of Services:
   We may use the information to customize your experience, enhance our Web-App’s content, develop new products and services, and optimize our platform.‍
3. Marketing Communications:
   With your consent, we may send you promotional emails about our products, services, and special offers. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time.‍
4. Payment Information:
   Your payment information will be used exclusively for processing transactions, managing subscriptions, and handling any applicable refunds. If you subscribe to any service, your stored payment method will be charged automatically according to the subscription terms you agreed upon at the time of purchase. Account Creation and Profile Levels

1. ‍Client-Users:
   ‍As a Client-user, you have backend account access and do not have a live profile at this time. However, you can create a Professional or Business profile at any time and joining at any level is currently free.‍
2. Professional Users:
   ‍To create a Professional profile, you will need to fill out a form that creates a live Professional profile. Once the form is submitted, you will be redirected to Stripe to connect or create a Stripe account to receive payment for your services.‍
3. Business Users:
   ‍After setting up your Stripe account, you will be redirected to create a Business profile. A Business profile cannot be created without a Professional profile in place. The originator of the Business profile is designated as the Admin of the Business account, and this role can only be changed upon written request to info@urskilled.com. Once your Business profile is created, you can create a store connected to either your Professional or Business profile, where you can offer services, subscriptions, or bundles.

When you first submit a professional and business profile, and create your first service, subscription, or bundle to create your store, we will review your submission within 3-5 business days and will update you when and if we publish your profile(s) and store. We may need to reach out to you directly for additional or to update any information. After your profile(s) and store(s) are live you will be able to update as needed in your user account center.

Identity Verification for Professionals and Businesses

If you wish to verify your identity to show that you are who you claim to be, resulting in a blue multi-point star in the header of your profile, you will need to email us at support@urskilled.com with the following:

• Professional profile: A picture of yourself along with your Driver’s License (DL).
• Business profile: A picture of yourself along with your Driver’s License (DL) and a business card or other business-identifying document.
