I go by James or Jim. I grew up around and in Buffalo, graduating from Buffalo high school in 2002. In 2012 I gained my massage therapy certificate through the Minnesota School of Business in Elk River. Having also obtained a automation robotics A.S. degree from Dunwoody College in Minneapolis in 2006, I have worked within the worlds of manufacturing and massage for the past 10+ years. Massage is my passion and I love the quiet, calmness, and healing that I give to my clients through the hands God has blessed me with.

In my years of experience, I have been taught and have observed that there are three types of massage therapists:

I have been told by my teachers and clients that I am the latter. I’m able to help you heal muscle fibers with trigger point or deep tissue AND help with lymph drainage and faster muscle recovery with myofascial release (MFR).

The last few years I’ve lived with my wife in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. My son, Collin was born beginning of 2023 and in my free time I love hanging out with my little man. It has been a blessing being able to return to the community of Buffalo, on the weekends to provide massage therapy to clients through Hair Architects Salon and Day Spa.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Best massage therapist I've ever had. Highly recommend if you're pregnant, want to bond closer with your baby, and just to help reduce stress any given week. Love CrossFit and Jim is the perfect massage therapist to get me through each week.
