What is UrSkilled?
UrSkilled is a B2B and B2C platform; a place to advertise and a place shop. It's an alternative marketplace where businesses and individuals can advertise and shop for well-thought out service packages, subscriptions, and bundles.

We thrive on partnering with forward-thinking and technology-hating or technology-literate entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, startups, and small businesses (1 – 100 employees) that understand the power of delegating areas not in their wheelhouse of expertise. You are knowledgeable in your field, we in ours, and as professionals we both are continuous in our learning to provide expert services and products to our clients and consumers.
What is UrSkilled’s company size capacity, to work with?
At this time, we can service startups and small businesses (1 – 100 employees).
Why should I partner with UrSkilled?
Selling services: At UrSkilled we are passionate about making sure that individuals and businesses get the support that they need to thrive. We love coming up with new ideas, exploring technologies, and creating well-thought out operational systems, packages, and processes to help businesses run.
That is why we are looking to partner with copywriters, digital designers, and tech developers. We want to start building UrSkilled's community in these areas so that we can offer services, subscriptions, and bundles to businesses who are in desperate need of these types of services in todays economy. We currently are offering free access to the right individuals with the right professional experiences to sell their services, subscriptions or bundles. Buying services: If you are shopping for services we currently offer services and subscriptions related to Marketing IT Support (full-stack development of your website and anything connected to it). The founder Diana Treptau has over 3-years experience in this area, is a certified paralegal (5+ years), and is passionate about making sure you get all your basis covered when it comes to creating a well thought-out, functioning, and data driven site so that you find and then understand how you found your clients and keep repeating and improving your online marketing process.

When should I hire UrSkilled?
If you just need help refreshing your website, need someone to program your website and take care of your marketing IT systems, recently got or updated your business’s CRM, HRM, project management system, calendar system, or workspace for your business, OR want to improve your customer’s experience via your ecommerce website, we can help you with each of these individual projects plus more. Do you have or need a website? We design and program that for you. Do you need a calendar, payment, and client or product database setup, automated, and maintained? How do I sell my services on UrSkilled?
At this time we are only looking to add services that cover copywriting, digital design, and tech development. If you have a skillset that falls into one of these 3 categories, and have experience as an independent contractor follow these steps:

- Portfolio (webpage or PDF)
- Skills
- Formal education
- What you love doing the most (professional and/or personal)
- What you are most passionate about (professional and/or personal)
- Greatest pet peeve
- Favorite trip of all time
- Favorite drink/food/snack
- Favorite life philosophy
- Favorite podcast
- Favorite book or genre
- A quick write up or a PDF of some subscriptions, service packages, and/or bundles of your services (include pricing).
- 3 - 5 contacts of previous or current work you are doing for a business.
We will respond within 3 - 10 days.
How do I know which marketing IT support subscription is best for me?
We designed the marketing IT support subscriptions to assist business at varying profit levels (gross or net):
As Needed: for any business
Startup: ideal for businesses making $450K > annually
Basic: ideal for businesses making 450K + annually
Advanced: ideal for businesses making $2.5M + annually
Pro: ideal for businesses making $5M + annually
Are there contract commitments for the marketing IT support subscriptions and if so, what is the duration?
Yes, subscribing to any of our Marketing IT support subscriptions requires a contract commitment. The standard term is 12 months. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
What is the reduced rate of the allotment of hours included in the subscriptions?
Non-emergency: $150/hour
Emergency: $200/hour
What are the hourly rates covered under the As Needed subscription?
Non-emergency: $175/hour
Emergency: $225/hour
Emergency is only available with an active Emergency Support subscription.
Why do I need to pay $1599 to subscribe to the As Needed subscription?
Instead of having a minimum hourly requirement per month, we have opted to charge an initial $1599.
When should I subscribe to Emergency Support?
You can subscribe to Emergency Support in the following ways:
Startup + As Needed + Emergency Support
There are annually 12 hours built into the Startup subscription (at a reduced rate) and you automatically get enrolled into the As Needed subscription to cover any additional IT support past the 12 hours. You can then decide to add the Emergency Support subscription if you want faster support and completion on projects
Basic + As Needed + Emergency Support
You have annually 60 hours built into the Basic subscription (at a reduced rate). and you automatically get enrolled into the As Needed subscription to cover any additional IT support past the 12 hours. You can then decide to add the Emergency Support subscription if you want faster support and completion on projects.
As Needed + Emergency Support
You can subscribe and pay for support As Needed WITH the additional benefit of Emergency Support when you request a quicker completion timeline on projects, to get faster results.
When should I subscribe to Weekend Support?
Weekend Support can only be subscribed to ALONG WITH Emergency Support. You can subscribe to Weekend Support in the following ways:
Startup + As Needed + Emergency Support + Weekend Support
Basic + As Needed + Emergency Support + Weekend Support
Advanced + Weekend Support (Emergency Support and an allotment of reduced rate hours are included in the Advanced subscription)
As Needed + Emergency Support + Weekend Support
What is the completion timeframe for non-emergency?
We would only work on IT projects Monday – Friday, with the exclusion of our Company holidays. Projects can take anywhere from 3 – 10 + days to complete (based on size of project and complexity).
What is the completion timeframe for emergency?
If you subscribe to Emergency Support, projects are worked on Monday –Friday, with the exclusion of our company holidays. Completion timeframes can be 2 – 24 + hours for quick fixes (based on size of issue and complexity, could potentially be longer) and 1 – 5+ days for planned projects (based on size of project and complexity, could potentially be longer).
If you subscribe to Emergency Support AND Weekend Support, IT support is available Sunday – Saturday except for Easter (whichever Sunday it lands on), Christmas (December 25), and Independence Day (July 4).

I have a limited budget, does UrSkilled offer alternative payment options?
Besides monetary payments we will accept, in some instances, sweat equity, company shares, service, or product exchange. To inquire please contact us, here, detailing your project and the exchange you can offer as payment.
Does UrSkilled only recommend and setup specific technologies?
We have specific technologies that we prefer over others and have affiliations with some of these companies. If we choose to affiliate ourselves with a specific company it is because we have done our due diligence in determining whether the technology will benefit majority of our customers for continued growth and that the design of the platform is well thought out.
However, we will work with any technology that makes the most sense for each individual business whether it is determined by budget, ease of use, and/or long-term growth.
Does UrSkilled utilize AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for marketing support or when setting up IT infrastructures?
Yes, our Pro marketing IT support subscription builds in the use of ChatGPT or any other AI to help with your marketing IT needs. Otherwise, you can request it while subscribed to As needed. I am in need of HIPAA-compliant technologies, can UrSkilled assist me?
Yes, we have experience with setting up and creating HIPAA-compliant IT infrastructures and can help you navigate the complexities that go along with needing to be HIPAA-compliant. Contact us here.
